Study on the Current State,Challenges,and Strategies of the Renewal and Transformation of the Urban Old Neighborhoods
摘要
Abstract
There are still problems in the transformation of the old neighborhoods,such as backward infrastructure,low participation of residents,difficulty in raising funds,and insufficient historical and cultural protection.To address these challenges,the paper proposes strategies including strengthening government leadership,improving legislative standards,innovating financing mechanisms,stimulating resident participation,and focusing on the protection of cultural heritage.By combining top-level design with multi-party participation,it aims to promote the systematic and standardized development of the transformation work of the old neighborhoods,so as to achieve the goal of promoting social harmony and enhancing urban quality.This paper holds significant theoretical and practical value for understanding the current situation and challenges of the transformation of old urban neighborhoods,as well as for exploring the effective coping strategies.关键词
