城市级轨道交通站域TOD效能评价与优化策略
The TOD Efficiency Evaluation and Optimization Strategy of Urban-Level Rail Transit Station Area:A Case of Chengdu

Abstract
The paper uses Python to crawl the POI data of 10 urban rail transit stations in Chengdu,and builds the database with the remote sensing image interpretation and other methods.Then the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process is used to establish the evaluation model,which is quantitatively evaluated from three dimensions of traffic service,development level and contact level.It is found that there are significant spatial differences in the TOD efficiency of stations,and based on this,the targeted optimization strategies are proposed to provide a reference for the development of rail transit stations.关键词
