Research on the Construction and Optimization Strategy of Urban Renewal System:A Case of Tianjin
摘要
Abstract
Currently,urban renewal is an inevitable requirement for achieving high-quality urban development,and the establishment of a sound urban renewal system is the key to ensure the efficient implementation of urban renewal.Taking the urban renewal of Tianjin as an example,this paper expounds its evolution process and the status quo of its institutional system construction on the basis of sorting out and interpreting relevant policy documents and research literature.At the same time,combining with the advanced experience of other cities,under the orientation of the problems,the paper intends to propose the appropriate strategies for the optimization of the urban renewal institutional system,in order to provide positive research support for improving the urban renewal development institutional system of Tianjin.关键词
