随着城市的快速发展和急剧扩张,目前深圳市已进入用地紧缺的高集中度发展时期,文章通过研究工业用地的利用与"工业上楼"模式的有机结合,探索深圳市工业用地高质量管理及"工业上楼"模式的可行性.在回顾了深圳市工业发展史、充分调研深圳市现有工业用地及工业建筑存在的问题后,深入研究实施"工业上楼"模式的必要性、可行性及重大意义,从而为深圳市工业用地管理及"工业上楼"模式顺利推进提供参考.旨在创建以"工业上楼"模式为主导,全面提升工业用地的效率和效益的未来发展模式,进一步提升深圳市工业竞争力和影响力.

With the rapid development and rapid expansion of the city,currently,Shenzhen has entered a period of highly concentrated development with a shortage of land.This paper explores the organic combination of industrial land use and the"industrial upstairs"model,and explores the feasibility of high-quality management of industrial land and the"industrial upstairs"construction model in Shenzhen.After reviewing the history of industrial development in Shenzhen and conducting thorough investigation on the existing problems in industrial land and buildings,this paper delves into the necessity,feasibility,and great significance of the"industrial upstairs"construction model,providing references for the smooth promotion of industrial land management and the"industrial upstairs"construction model in Shenzhen.It aims to create a future development model led by the"industrial upstairs"model,to improve the future development model for comprehensively improving the efficiency and benefits of industrial land,and to further enhance the industrial competitiveness and influence of Shenzhen.
