Abstract
With the rapid development and rapid expansion of the city,currently,Shenzhen has entered a period of highly concentrated development with a shortage of land.This paper explores the organic combination of industrial land use and the"industrial upstairs"model,and explores the feasibility of high-quality management of industrial land and the"industrial upstairs"construction model in Shenzhen.After reviewing the history of industrial development in Shenzhen and conducting thorough investigation on the existing problems in industrial land and buildings,this paper delves into the necessity,feasibility,and great significance of the"industrial upstairs"construction model,providing references for the smooth promotion of industrial land management and the"industrial upstairs"construction model in Shenzhen.It aims to create a future development model led by the"industrial upstairs"model,to improve the future development model for comprehensively improving the efficiency and benefits of industrial land,and to further enhance the industrial competitiveness and influence of Shenzhen.关键词
