Abstract
In the context of building a healthy China,the food environment has become one of the interdisciplinary research hotspots.The concept of"food swamp"is an important concept in food environment describing the areas inundated by a large number of fast-food or junk food options.In recent years,the scale of fast-food outlets in China has been continuously expanding,constituting almost half a part of the national catering market.Therefore,it is necessary to study the phenomenon of"food swamp"in cities.Taking Nanshan District in Shenzhen City as an example,this paper focuses on the availability and accessibility of food,quantifies the food environment in this area by analyzing the spatial distribution characteristics and accessibility of fast-food outlets to identify the"food swamp"areas in the city.Then it proposes optimization suggestions from three aspects of food spatial layout,sports facility configuration,and public transportation.关键词
