基于生态低碳框架的建筑遗产可持续评估研究OA

Study on the Sustainable Assessment of the Architectural Heritages Based on Ecological Low-Carbon Framework

考虑到建筑遗产长时间遭受气候环境的破坏,其修缮再利用是必由之路.开展修缮的前提是对其状态进行评估,目前对建筑遗产进行可持续评估的研究方法和范式较少,评估建筑遗产在生态低碳视角下的可持续性,可以为建筑保护与利用提供科学依据.文章采用生态能值-碳排放的框架对建筑遗产的可持续状态进行评估,通过案例进行具体的定量分析,验证评估模式的有效性.研究结果表明,生态低碳模式下的建筑遗产可持续评估能够有效指导遗产保护工作,减少能耗和碳排放,提升遗产的生态价值和可持续性,为建筑遗产的长期保护和利用提供新的思路和方法.

Given that architectural heritage is subject to long-term environmental damage,its restoration and reuse is imperative.The prerequisite for such restoration is the assessment on its current state.Currently,there exists a lack of research methods and paradigms for the sustainable assessment of architectural heritage.Assessing the sustainability of architectural heritage from an ecological low-carbon perspective can provide a scientific basis for its conservation and utilization.This paper adopts an eco-energy value-carbon emissions framework to assess the sustainable status of architectural heritage.Through the specific quantitative analysis on the cases,the validity of the assessment model is verified.The research results indicate that the sustainable assessment of architectural heritage under an ecological low-carbon model can effectively guide the heritage conservation efforts,reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions,and enhance the ecological value and sustainability of the heritage.This provides new insights and methods for the long-term protection and utilization of architectural heritage.
