Analysis of the carbody's lateral vibration characteristic of high-speed emus in turnout area

Abstract
High-speed turnouts are key components of the track system,and their service status directly affects the safety and comfort of high-speed EMUs.Therefore,long-term monitoring and analysis of their condition are essential.The root mean square(RMS)value and permutation entropy were utilized to characterize the lateral vibration energy and the chaotic degree of the vibration sequence at the carbody position as high-speed EMUs pass through the turnout.If abnormal local burrs were present in the carbody's lateral acceleration data,the calculated permutation entropy value would be significantly abnormal.Based on the characteristics of abnormal data,a method for identifying abnormal carbody's lateral acceleration data using small-scale sliding standard deviation and effective zeros was proposed.Due to the significant frequency difference between abnormal and normal components,automatic extraction of local burr components and correction of abnormal vehicle lateral acceleration data were achieved using the complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise.The results indicate a significant decrease in the permutation entropy value after data correction.The carbody's lateral acceleration data,collected by the modified high-speed comprehensive inspection train,serves as the research object to study the lateral vibration characteristics of high-speed EMUs when passing through the main type 1/18 high-speed turnout.The findings are as follows.The RMS value of the carbody's lateral acceleration is less than 0.05g.The distribution range of the permutation entropy value of the carbody's lateral acceleration is between 0.75 and 1.00.There is a significant difference in the permutation entropy values corresponding to different types of turnouts.The degree of confusion in the carbody's lateral acceleration sequence caused by ballasted turnouts is greater than that caused by ballastless turnouts.The RMS value and permutation entropy value of the carbody's lateral acceleration of the main 1/18 high-speed turnout exhibit a concentrated distribution feature,with differences in the area of concentrated distribution.There is a high correlation between a high RMS value and a low permutation entropy value with the low-frequency periodic hunting conditions of high-speed trains.关键词
