基于熵权法的CA砂浆脱空位置对单元式无砟轨道动力状态影响评价研究

Abstract
As the operation time of high-speed railways increases,the occurrence of voids in the CRTS Ⅰballastless track becomes more serious.The voids caused by various factors are randomly distributed in spatial position.In order to clarify the impact of void positions on the dynamic state of the track structure,a comprehensive evaluation method of track dynamic state based on time-frequency domain fusion was proposed.To verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the evaluation method,a coupled dynamic model of high-speed vehicle-slab track-subgrade system was established to obtain the dynamic responses of the track structure under different void conditions.The rail,slab,base plate and subgrade substructures were selected as the research objects.The time-history and power spectral density characteristics of the acceleration and displacement responses of each structure were taken as the evaluation indexes.The waveform factor,impulse factor,kurtosis factor,skewness factor,and margin factor indicators were used to dimensionless process the indicators in the time and frequency domains.The influence of mortar void position on track dynamic state was evaluated by entropy weight method.The research results are drawn as follows.Comparing the dynamic response of the structure under the conditions of no void,void at the edge of the slab,and void in the middle of the slab,it can be seen that for the vertical acceleration of the rail and slab,the overall impact of the void at the edge of the slab is greater than that in the middle the slab.However,the acceleration peaks generated by the voids at different longitudinal positions at the edge of the slab or in the middle of the slab are not much different.The voiding also causes the acceleration resonance peak to move forward.Still,it is difficult to accurately describe the influence of different CA mortar voiding positions on the dynamic state of track structure only by time and frequency domain response.The evaluation results of the track dynamic state established by the EWM show that,for voids at different positions along the longitudinal direction of the line,voids at the end of the slab have a greater impact on the track structure.For voids at different positions transversely along the line,voids at the edge of the slab have a greater impact on the track structure.The most unfavorable position for CA mortar voids is at the corner of the slab.The research results can provide a reference for the determination of the service status of track structures under other conditions and provide a basis for scientifically accurate maintenance and repair.关键词
