寒区路基分布式供热防冻胀系统的布局优化研究
Spatial layout optimization of distributed heating system for preventing frost damage of embankments in cold regions

Abstract
The distributed heating system based on ground source heat pumps is a novel method for controlling railway embankment frost damage in cold regions.The frost heave with different wavelengths and magnitudes can cause various deformation modes and track structure irregularities.To prevent secondary irregularities caused by residual uneven frost heave of embankments under active heating,the design factor was proposed and recommended for the distributed heating system.A full-scale test platform was constructed for a single-track railway embankment,and a heat pump system protype was manufactured and installed,to test its heating performance and thermal diffusion law.The numerical simulation method was also adopted,to study the 3D heat transfer characteristics.The lateral inclination angle(0°~10°)and the longitudinal spacing(1.0~4.0 m)of the heating pipes were taken as variables,77 cases in total.The spatial layout scheme was optimized based on the change laws of the freezing depth and its differences in different locations.The results are drawn as follows.The daily average heating temperature on the coldest day can reach 28.6℃,resulting in an effective heat source function.An inclined arrangement of the heating pipes is conducive to eliminate the difference in the freezing depth between the shoulder and center of the embankment.The difference of freezing depth in lateral direction decreases first and then increases with the inclination angle of heating pipes,with a change amplitude of 0.87 cm/1°.But its difference in longitudinal direction gradually increases with longitudinal spacing of heating pipes,with a change amplitude of(1.2~3.2)cm/0.5 m.Vertical irregularities caused by residual uneven frost heave are more likely to occur than cross-level irregularities,and these are more sensitive to the longitudinal spacing of heating pipes.For the single-track railway embankment case,the longitudinal spacing of heating pipes is suggested to be in the range of 1.5~2.5 m,and inclination angle 7°~9° according to the requirements of railway maintain management.关键词
