AC-13沥青混合料损伤比强度理论及车辙现象预测OA北大核心

高级路面结构主要采用沥青路面,其在交通荷载和环境温度作用下处于复杂三轴应力状态,导致车辙现象经常发生,目前很少有人用强度理论来解释车辙现象.为此,课题组尝试将单元体应变分解假设和相对耗能率求极值计算模型下的损伤比强度理论应用于AC-13沥青混合料的多轴强度预测和车辙现象预测.基于三轴受压下沥青混合料强度包络面基本特征,参考轻骨料混凝土受拉损伤比参数取值,根据AC-13沥青混合料多轴试验数据推荐了损伤比变量中的5个经验系数取值,形成了沥青混合料损伤比强度理论.分析表明不同温度下的AC-13沥青混合料无量纲三轴强度变化规律一致,提出的强度理论强度预测结果与不同温度下AC-13沥青混合料的多轴强度试验结果吻合良好.随后根据沥青混合料损伤比多轴强度理论,提出了围压三轴和二轴强度损伤比强度理论的"简化形式"并推荐了理论中各经验系数取值,合理预测了不同温度下AC-13沥青混合料的围压三轴和二轴强度特性.分析结果表明,围压三轴下沥青混合料侧压系数为2.6,处于轻骨料混凝土和普通混凝土之间,二轴等压与单轴抗压强度比值为1.38.损伤比强度理论揭示了车辆重载下沥青路面承受三轴高压应力状态,使得沥青混合料所受八面体剪应力值为0而呈现塑性流动,从而导致路面出现车辙的现象.

The high-grade pavement structure predominantly adopts asphalt pavement,which experiences a complex triaxial stress state under the influence of traffic loads and environmental temperature.This often leads to the occurrence of rutting.So far,there is no strength theory available to explain the phenomenon of rutting.To tackle this challenge,the damage ratio strength theory was applied within the strain decomposition assumption for the unit and the extreme value computational model of relative energy consumption rate to predict the multiaxial strength and rutting phenomenon of AC-13 asphalt mixtures.Based on the strength characteristics of the failure envelopes for asphalt mixtures under triaxial compressive conditions,and with reference to the value of damage ratio parameter for lightweight aggregate concrete under tension,five coefficients in the damage ratio variable were proposed based on multiaxial test data of asphalt mixtures,forming the damage ratio strength theory for asphalt mixtures.Results are drawn.The dimensionless triaxial strength of AC-13 asphalt mixtures remains consistent across different temperatures.The predicted results of the strength theory align well with the multiaxial strength test results of AC-13 asphalt mixtures at different temperatures.Subsequently,based on the damage ratio strength theory for asphalt mixtures,simplified forms of the confining triaxial criterion and biaxial criterion are proposed,along with recommended values for empirical coefficients.The proposed simplified criteria can reasonably predict the confining triaxial and biaxial strength values of AC-13 asphalt mixture at different temperatures.The results show that the confinement coefficient of the asphalt mixture is 2.6,which falls between lightweight aggregate concrete and plain concrete,and the ratio of biaxial isobaric strength to uniaxial compressive strength is 1.38.The damage ratio strength theory reveals that under heavy vehicle loads,asphalt pavement undergoes a triaxial isostatic stress state,resulting in zero octahedral shear stress values and exhibiting plastic flow,thereby leading to the occurrence of rutting on the pavement.
