Abstract
The shortest time limit and the optimal resource balance are two important objectives for the construction scheduling of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery.In practical work,in order to prevent frequent peaks or valleys in resource use,it is necessary to allocate resources scientifically and keep resource use as balanced as possible,but resource balance often increases the total project duration.In the classic resource-limited project scheduling situation,the single goal is to minimize the construction period,and the goal of resource balance is difficult to achieve,resulting in increased costs.In view of the repetitive characteristics of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery,this paper can use multiple units to complete maintenance tasks together to speed up the maintenance rate.LOB diagram suitable for multi-team scheduling is adopted to visually display the construction progress of multi-team of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery,and natural rhythm and optimal scale of the work team are introduced to ensure the minimum idle time of the work team.At the same time,it takes minimization of construction period and resource balance as optimization objectives,adding six constraints of construction period,buffer zone,continuity of work team,time dependence,availability of work team and resource,and using linear weighting method to assign weights of the two objectives respectively according to their importance.The constrained programming algorithm with improved search strategy is proposed to solve the model.Two cases of heavy-duty railway maintenance machinery construction scheduling are used to verify the proposed algorithm:when the optimization effect of the construction period is gradually reduced,the resource balancing effect is gradually enhanced,while the fluctuation of human resources and mechanical resources is small,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the model in reducing the construction period and balancing resources,and has good theoretical and practical application value.关键词
