Abstract
Analyzing recent accident cases in the field of substation operation and maintenance from various elements of"human,ma-chine,object,method and environment",the problems in professional management,behavioral habits,and control measures are re-flected and summarized.It proposes security management method based on ISDP.ISDP visualizes on-site operation and maintenance operations by means of video and intelligent wearable devices.Operation and maintenance personnel wear smart helmets and carry smart mobile terminals for on-site operations.Production control,management and other multi-party personnel can remote one-click direct to the site and finish the site operation control.In view of the problems at work,the operators can receive the guidance and ass-istance from remote experts as soon as possible.Through the whole process control and early warning,it effectively prevents various potential risks and hidden dangers in the operation and maintenance work.关键词
