基于消息传递的OTFS信号检测算法综述OA北大核心
A Review of Message Passing Based OTFS Signal Detection Algorithms
由于正交时频空(Orthogonal Time Frequency Space,OTFS)调制解决了多普勒频移的影响,能够适应快时变信道下的传输要求,已成为第六代(The Sixth Generation,6G)移动通信系统中关键候选技术.同时,信号检测对OTFS在信道传输中的性能发挥着重要作用.目前消息传递(Message Passing,MP)算法作为主流的信号检测算法,在OTFS系统中被广泛使用.然而,在实际环境下MP信号检测算法仍面临着诸多技术挑战.首先介绍了OTFS系统的基本原理和信号处理流程,其次对MP算法的信号检测原理进行阐述,然后将 MP 的优化算法分为 4 类,分别为近似消息传递(Approximate Message Passing,AMP)算法、高斯近似消息传递(Gaussian Approximate Message Passing,GAMP)算法、正交近似消息传递(Orthogonal Approximate Message Passing,OAMP)算法以及单元近似消息传递(Unitary Approximate Message Passing,UAMP)算法,对各类算法分别概述其原理并进行了分析、归纳和总结,接着对MP及其优化算法面临的技术挑战进行了探讨,最后对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望.
As orthogonal time frequency space(OTFS)well solves the influence of Doppler shift,it can easily adapt to the transmission under fast time-varying channel,and occupies a great position as the core technology in the sixth generation(6G)mobile communication system.Meanwhile,signal detection plays a very important role in the performance of OTFS in channel transmission,and message passing(MP)is currently widely used as the mainstream signal detection algorithm in OTFS systems.However,the MP signal detection algorithm still faces more difficulties in the practical environment.The authors firstly introduce the basic principle and general framework of OTFS system,explain the signal detection principle of MP algorithm,and then divide the optimization algorithms of MP algorithm into four major categories,including approximate message passing(AMP)algorithm,Gaussian approximate message passing(GAMP)algorithm,orthogonal approximate message passing(OAMP)algorithm and unitary approximate message passing(UAMP)algorithm.The algorithms of each category are summarized and compared with their principles and existing optimization algorithms.Finally,the technical challenges faced by MP algorithms and their optimization algorithms are analyzed and explained,and the future development trend of the MP algorithms is outlooked.
