On the Industrial Internet from the Perspective of Engineering Ecology
摘要
Abstract
Currently,a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation is flourishing globally.Industrial internet,as a new ecology of the deep integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry,has become an important cornerstone of the fourth industrial revolution.In the face of the new requirements of promoting the high-quality development of industrial economy,it is also necessary to take the engineering ecology theory as a new paradigm of engineering research,and analyze the new ecology of the industrial Internet in order to obtain some new views and new thinking.Based on the theory of engineering ecology,the evolution of the industrial internet and the key role of data elements are discussed.The Internet has realized computer connection,accelerated the transmission,interaction and sharing of information between people and things,and promoted the informatization process.Industrial Internet is not a simple application of Internet in industry,but has richer connotation and extension.The industrial Internet has accelerated the evolution of the Internet of Everything era.In the new era,data has become the core element driving the vast majority of economic activities.The non consumptive and non competitive characteristics of data elements make them strategic resources for seizing the leading runway in the new era.The paper analyzes the industrial internet's characteristics such as generalized ecosystem,human constructiveness and life autonomy at the macro,meso and micro levels,complex diversity and the characteristics of the industrial network,as well as the relationships and characteristics of competition,cooperation,symbiosis,innovation,evolution,emergence,etc.The paper proposes that the industrial internet platform occupies an important niche in the industrial internet ecology and the chain leader firms occupy an important niche in the modern industrial chain.Emergency attention should be paid to thinking about industrial internet security based on engineering ecology.This paper analyzes the role and relationship of various subjects in the industrial Internet ecosystem,defines the niche of each subject,and gives full play to the enthusiasm and expertise of each type of subject.It provides a solution for improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain supply chain,and ensuring the autonomy,controllability,safety and reliability of the industrial system.Consequently,engineering ecological thinking is needed for building an intelligent manufacturing development ecology and promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.With the acceleration of the industrial Internet and the penetration of other industries,various heterogeneous elements have interwoven to form a complex three-dimensional network structure.The physical world,human society and the virtual digital twin world are interconnected,opening up a new level of human understanding of the world.It also requires new ways of thinking and research paradigms to analyze and understand engineering ecology.关键词
