On the Value Selection in the Management of Major Engineering Construction
摘要
Abstract
Value choice is a common irrational factor in the field of major engineering construction management.Various interest groups carry out various non-scientific and irrational games in the practice of major engineering construction,resulting in various political,economic and ideological and cultural problems that are difficult to exclude,which restricts and affects the scientific,legal and modern development of major engineering construction management.The author selected four representative sets of issues of contradictions,differences,and oppositions,that have important strategic significance and broad and far-reaching social impact in the field of major engineering construction management,including independent innovation and overall introduction in the stage of planning and decision-making,consistent old-fashioned and unconventional in the stage of creative and design,craftsmanship spirit and intelligent manufacturing in the stage of construction and manufacturing,maintenance and upgrading in the stage of operation and improvement.The issues above are not only subject to different opinions,and no consensus in theory,but also often cause intense disputes in the management process of major engineering construction.Based on the possible world as the ideological platform,the author makes a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth analysis,comparison,summary and generalization.The research method of the author combines traditional dialectics with modern analytical philosophy,including the methods of language analysis and logical analysis.Especially applying the ideas and methods of modern analytical philosophy to the analysis of Chinese language is an important innovation of this paper in the research methodology.The specific research content and conclusions of the paper include:firstly,the contradiction between independent innovation and comprehensive introduction in planning and decision-making originates from the modifying words"independent"and"comprehensive",rather than the central words"innovation"and"introduction",Therefore,it belongs to the branch rather than the fundamental,and thus can be reconciled.Secondly,the contradiction between sticking to tradition,following rules and breaking the old,innovating in creativity and design occurs between two different stages and levels,which belong to non simultaneity and coexistence,and the two should complement each other.Generally speaking,being unique is the philosophy of creativity,while following the rules is the philosophy of design,and great designers often stem from the immense tension between the two philosophy.Thirdly,the contradiction between the spirit of craftsmanship and intelligent manufacturing in construction and manufacturing is rooted in the two different engineering paradigms of tradition and modernity,which belong to non contemporary,time traveling,and artificial aspects,and are gradually distancing themselves from each other.Fourthly,the contradiction between maintenance and upgrading in operation and improvement arises in the process of integration between the physical world and the virtual world,which belongs to the essential level and can be dialectically unified together.In summary,the differences and oppositions in the management of major engineering construction have different origins and cannot be effectively resolved simply by applying dialectics.At the same time,the relationship between value and fact,although there are different opinions in theory,does not necessarily mean that value selection is irrational.Rational analysis,scientific understanding,professional research and lawful handling of these different types of contradictions are inherent requirements for the modernization of engineering management in China,and also important symbols of the rationalization of value selection in major engineering construction management.关键词
