Abstract
A numerical simulation test was carried out for the movement of ships moored in terms of a proposed unshielded terminal,which produced the response characteristics of ships under the action of long periodic waves.The test applied to three mooring modes such as shore mooring,buoy-assisted mooring and STS mooring(shore tension system),including the comparative analysis of ship motion,cable tension and fender counter-force under different working conditions.The results showed that the cable tension was the key factor affecting safe ship-loading of large bulk carriers.The application of buoys or STS system obviously improved the stress state of the cables and the adaptability of the mooring system to long periodic waves.The research results can serve as a reference for similar projects.关键词
