Abstract
With the decrease of oil&gas resources on land,the exploration of offshore oil&gas resources gradually moves to open sea,and the offshore drilling rig is developed to be an integrated platform with multi-functions.The weight and volume of the upper blocks increase up to the level of tens of thousands tons.Large module results in a great difficulty in offshore erection,which produces float-tow technology.The technology must meet the requirement of jacking the large module up to a height of more than 10 m above ground level,and placing it on a DSF frame,which involves the research and development of a jacking device within a large displacement range.By analyzing the characteristics of large maritime module,based on hydraulic jacking technique,a set of 90° two-station frame mechanism was designed,which coordinated with four upper support caps to achieve a large displacement jacking of more than 10 meters.The core components of the jacking mechanism were analyzed by using finite element method under the extreme working condition,the results complied with the demands for the design of mechanism strength.关键词
