Abstract
The construction of Qingshuitang Bridge was selected to study the jacking and installation technology of small radius curve double-layer continuous girder made of steel and concrete.A three-way hydraulic jack was laid out and remained tangent to the central axis of main steel girder.The curved girder was jacked asynchronously subject to the inner and outer arcs with the stroke of 50 cm and 51 cm respectively,and the deviation adjustment was carried out every 4 times.A hanger with the rated lifting weight of 20 t was design,which could travel on the bridge.Its application solved the difficulty in the erection of lower-layer pedestrian-bicycle bridge with wide steel girder.The calculation results also showed the maximum support force of 929.3 t during the lowering of girder.The temporary support pier made of the steel pipe piles with reinforced ribs was designed to complete by stages an overall lowering of double-layer continuous girder made of steel and concrete.关键词
