Abstract
The year 2024 is a year of change and turbulence as the century of great change accelerates,and the world's peace and stability,development and prosperity,and exchanges and cooperation all encounter multiple pressures and serious challenges.Fossil energy is under unprecedented pressure,environmental protection requirements have become increasingly stringent,and the urgency of global climate change have prompted countries to set tougher carbon emission reduction targets.The Ukraine issue continued to reshape the global energy landscape,the situation in the Middle East continued to escalate,Donald Trump won the election and the United States will return to fossil energy,China enacted Energy Law to accelerate the improvement of a new type of energy system in 2024.The global oil market will be weak and face serious pressure of supply exceeding demand,global demand for natural gas will continue to grow but the problem of tight supply will remain in 2025.The energy transition requires international cooperation,and any restrictions,trade barriers,as well as decoupling and disconnections for any reasons will curb the development of new energy and delay the carbon neutrality.关键词
