Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of environmental factors on the insulation performance of the separable connector for 12 kV gas filling cabinet and,at the same time,to provide a practical basis for the ap-plication of partial discharge discharge and chemical fusion detection in the field of insulation fault monitoring of 12 kV gas filling switchgear cabinet.The experimental model and experimental method are designed,the influence of environmental temperature and humidity on the insulation performance of the separable connector for 12 kV gas fill-ing switchgear cabinet is studied firstly.Then,the development process of insulation fault due to high humidity,high contamination and high salinity is simulated quickly by using the method of rising the test voltage till insulation breakdown.The electrochemical sensors are used to monitor the aging products of insulation gas and study the varia-tion of the cracking products of insulation materials after insulation breakdown.The experimental results show that high temperature,high humidity and high salinity conditions can reduce the insulation performance of the separable connector of 12 kV gas-filling switchgear cabinet,the cracking of insulation materials can produce such gases as ni-tric oxide,nitrogen dioxide and non-methane total hydrocarbons and,furthermore,in case of insulation fault,the worse the insulation performance of the separable connector is,the higher the concentration of the above three gases generated is,which can be used as an indicator gas for the insulation status assessment of the 12 kV gas filling switch-gear cabinet.关键词
