Development and Design of 363 kV GIS with High Parameter
摘要
Abstract
363 kV transmission line,as the main line in the Northwest Region of China,has a good development situ-ation and broad market prospects.However,with the progress of science and technology,363 kV GIS from a certain company has no way to adapt to the increasingly fierce competitive environment any longer.In this paper,the circuit breaker,disconnector/earthing switch/fast earthing switch are taken as the base,the overall parameters,design and type test of the 363 kV GIS which is newly developed by our company is introduced.In the design of circuit breaker,the ablation of arc energy on arcing contact during the high current capacity test and the five-column support struc-ture across open contacts are introduced.In the design of disconnector/earthing switch/fast earthing switch,the insu-lation and temperature rise ect are analyzed.And in the design of busbar,the temperature rise of conductor,the elec-tric field and mechanical strength of the insulating spacer are analyzed.The type test shows that the newly developed 363 kV GIS meets the high parameter requirements.The rated short-circuit current of the circuit breaker is 63 kA,the standard time constant is 120 ms and the fast earthing switch meets the super class'B'.At present,the product has obtained full set of type tests report released by the third independent test authority and is officially applied to the substation project in the northwest region of China.关键词
