木槿属植物化学成分及其药理活性研究进展
Research progress on chemical components and pharmacological activity of Hibiscus Linn
摘要
Abstract
The genuses of the Hibiscus Linn plants(Malvaceae family)comprising about 220 species worldwide are mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions.Many plants within the genus are extensively utilized for traditional medicinal drugs.Phytochemical studies of the genus have demonstrated the presence of a large number ofterpenoids(including monoterpenes,ses-quiterpenes,diterpenes and triterpenes),flavonoids,and phenols,along with some steroids,coumarins,lignans,organic acids,esters and so on.Moreover,many pharmacological activities of the genus such as anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-oxidant,anti-in-flammatory,anti-viral,anti-aging,antihypertensive,and lipid-lowering,have been reported.This article summarized the recent five years'research progress on the chemical composition and pharmacological activities of Hibiscus plants.It aims to provide a ref-erence basis for further research and development of Hibiscus plants.关键词
