抗冲共聚聚丙烯2240S性能研究OACSTPCD
Research on the Performance of Impact Resistant Copolymer Polypropylene 2240S
2240S是注塑专用高流动性抗冲共聚PP,但其抗冲击性能仍需进一步提升.通过对2240S和市售主流抗冲共聚PP产品的性能及微观结构进行表征分析,发现2240S中乙烯含量较高,二甲苯可溶物含量较低,橡胶相相对分子质量偏低,橡胶相中含有较多的聚乙烯长链段,橡胶内部的包藏结构较多,且橡胶相尺寸比其他树脂大,不利于提高2240S的抗冲击性能.为此,针对性地提出提升2240S产品抗冲击强度的建议.
2240S is a high fluidity and impact resistant copolymer PP for injection molding,but its impact resistance still needs to be further improved.Through characterization and analysis of the properties and microstructure of 2240S and mainstream impact resistant copolymer PP products on the market,it was found that 2240S had a higher ethylene content,lower xylene soluble content,lower relative molecular weight of the rubber phase,more polyethylene long chain segments in the rubber phase,more encapsulated structures inside the rubber,and a larger rubber phase size than other resins,which was not conducive to improving the impact resistance of 2240S.Therefore,targeted suggestions were proposed to improve the impact strength of 2240S products.
