Research on the Performance of Impact Resistant Copolymer Polypropylene 2240S
摘要
Abstract
2240S is a high fluidity and impact resistant copolymer PP for injection molding,but its impact resistance still needs to be further improved.Through characterization and analysis of the properties and microstructure of 2240S and mainstream impact resistant copolymer PP products on the market,it was found that 2240S had a higher ethylene content,lower xylene soluble content,lower relative molecular weight of the rubber phase,more polyethylene long chain segments in the rubber phase,more encapsulated structures inside the rubber,and a larger rubber phase size than other resins,which was not conducive to improving the impact resistance of 2240S.Therefore,targeted suggestions were proposed to improve the impact strength of 2240S products.关键词
