自然日光气候对燃气用聚乙烯管材拉伸性能和微观结构的影响OACSTPCD
The Influence of Sunlight on the Tensile Properties and Microstructure of Polyethylene Pipes for Gaseous Fuels
通过傅里叶变换红外光谱分析、差示扫描量热法、拉伸性能测试等技术研究了燃气用聚乙烯管材在自然日光气候条件下的拉伸性能和微观结构的变化情况.结果表明,燃气用聚乙烯管材受到太阳辐射,会吸收光能,加速断链、氧化等反应,生成了不饱和双键及羰基、羟基等含氧基团.此外,受扩散限制氧化影响,管材暴晒表面氧化诱导时间减少最快,向阳暴晒部位的管材断裂伸长率下降最严重,但拉伸屈服应力变化不大.
The tensile properties and microstructure changes of polyethylene pipes for gaseous fuels after sunlight aging were studied through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy analysis,differential scanning calorimetry,and determination of tensile properties.The results showed that polyethylene pipes for gaseous fuels absorbed solar radiation,accelerated reactions such as chain breakage and oxidation,and generated unsaturated double bonds and oxygen-containing groups such as carbonyl and hydroxyl groups.In addition,due to diffusion limited oxidation,the oxidation induction time for surface of pipes exposed to sunlight decreased the fastest,and the fracture elongation of pipes exposed to sunlight decreased the most severely,with little change in tensile yield stress.
