摘要
Abstract
To simulate the specific operating conditions of a certain electro-hydraulic servo valve,we conducted tests including high and low temperature alternating cycle test,normal temperature medium test,high temperature medium test and low temperature medium test.By analyzing the performance changes of two sealing materials,the influencing factors of sealing materials on the sealing performance of a certain electro-hydraulic servo valve were explored,in order to solve the problem of"bubbling and oil leakage"of the product.The results show that low temperature environment has no effect on the mechanical properties of sealing materials,but it will reduce their rebound ability and affect the sealing performance of products;High temperature environment can cause aging of sealing materials,affecting their mechanical properties and reducing the sealing quality of products;The alternating high and low temperature cycling environment has a significant impact on the low-temperature resistance performance of sealing materials,which reduces the sealing performance of products;The oil can cause swelling of sealing materials,which is more pronounced in high-temperature environment.It is recommended that the ratio of D/d the sealing ring should be adjusted by increasing the d value to enhance the sealing capacity of the sealing ring in low temperature environments,if the product design permits;Before storing and assembling sealed parts,deoxygenation sealing should be carried out to ensure the quality of the sealed parts;The changes that the size and mechanical properties of the sealing material were caused by swelling should be considered in various aspects such as product design and machining.At the same time,in hydraulic environment,sealing ring should be soaked in oil for a certain period of time before use to stabilize their performance.关键词
