憎水型水性聚氨酯的制备及性能研究OACSTPCD

Preparation and Properties of Hydrophobic Waterborne Polyurethane

为解决水性聚氨酯材料因其含大量亲水基团从而影响其耐水性和长期耐久性问题,以4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二元醇(PTMEG2000)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)、硅烷偶联剂KH550和全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷等主要原材料制备憎水型水性聚氨酯.利用红外光谱(FTIR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)、接触角测试和热失重测试(TGA)等对水性聚氨酯进行表征,并进行了水性聚氨酯的物理性能和化学性能研究.研究表明,KH550和全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷成功引入到聚氨酯主链中,其制备后的胶膜的水接触角为116.6°,其耐水性、拉伸性能及长期耐盐水性得到很大提高.

In order to solve the problems of water resistance and long-term durability of waterborne polyurethane materials,which contain a large number of hydrophilic groups,hydrophobic waterborne polyurethane(WPU)was prepared from 4,4-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(HMDI),polytetrahydrofuran ether diol(PTMEG2000),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),trimethylolpropane(TMP),diethylene triamine(DETA),silane coupling agent KH550 and perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane.The waterborne polyurethane was characterized by FTIR,gel chromatography(GPC),contact angle and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and its physical and chemical properties were studied.The results showed that KH550 and perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane were successfully introduced into the main chain of polyurethane,and the contact angle of gel film to water was 116.6 °,its water resistance,tensile properties and long-term salt water resistance have been greatly improved.
