一种星型结构芳胺类空穴传输材料的合成及性能研究
Synthesis and Performance Study of A Star-shaped Aromatic Amine Hole Transport Material

Abstract
Hole transport materials are a category of crucial organic photoelectric functional materials and are extensively utilized in the field of OLED.In this article,triphenylamine with high carrier mobility was selected as the core framework,and through a coupling reaction,spirofluorene with remarkable thermal stability and the fluorene group were introduced to synthesize the target compound N,N-bis(9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-yl)-9,9'-spirobi[fluoren]-3-amine.The results demonstrate that the target compound possesses relatively high thermal stability,with a weight loss temperature of 405 ℃ and a glass transition temperature of 222 ℃,which is higher than the glass transition temperature(98 ℃)of commonly used small molecule hole transport materials such as NPB.Through theoretical calculation,the target compound has a relatively appropriate HOMO energy level(4.72 eV)similar to that of the commonly used prototype material ITO,and has a small potential barrier value,which is conducive to the injection of holes.It can be employed as a hole transport material with outstanding performance in optoelectronic devices such as OLED.关键词
