采用5M1E和DFSS质量管理方法和工具,针对耐热老化和温度交变试验后汽车空调控制器变形、脱落问题进行深入分析,从人、机、料、法、环、测各环节查找问题原因,并最终锁定材料是主要原因,再进一步从材料成本角度提出材料优化方案,从而彻底解决汽车空调控制器变形、脱落问题,并且建立了具有推广价值的材料成本计算模型.

5M1E and DFSS quality management methods and tools were adopted to conduct in-depth analysis on the deformation and falling off of automobile air conditioning controller after heat aging and temperature alternating test,and to find the cause of the problem from the links of human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement.Finally,it is determinated that material is the main reason.Then further from the point of view of material cost,the material optimization scheme was proposed,so as to completely solve the problem of automobile air conditioning controller deformation and falling off,and establish a material cost calculation model with popularization value.
