Abstract
During the accelerated aging test,compression load was applied to flurane rubber FM-2D with the temperature as the accelerated factor.The mechanical properties and chemical structure of the rubber were studied after aging.The results indicaited that the high temperature and compression caused the further crosslinking of flurane rubber,which increased its strength.However,with the increase of test temperature and aging time,the molecular chain segments of rubber were destroyed and the mechanical properties deteriorated.With different accelerated stress levels,the life prediction model of flurane rubber was established by using Arrhenis equation,and the storage life was 19.6 years at a temperature of 25 ℃.关键词
