摘要

Abstract

In this study,failure analysis of a cracked joint of PC window and modified silane sealant was performed.The location and reasons of joint failure were studied by visual inspection,microscopical inspection,FTIR analysis,XPS analysis and environmental accelerated aging simulation test.The results show that the cracking position of the sealing joint is the interface between UV coating and substrate on PC surface.It is concluded that the binding force between UV coating and substrate decreases after high and low temperature aging,and interface failure occurs under external force.
