Abstract
Chain link is a key component connecting scraper and driving device in scraper conveyor.However,the working environment in coal mine is harsh and the load is complex and changeable,which leads to many fatigue forms of chain link.In this paper,the SGZ1000/1400 scraper conveyor used in the 5-409 working face of Jinbei Coal Industry is taken as the research object.Considering the actual operation state of the scraper conveyor,the fatigue life analysis of the scraper conveyor chain ring is carried out.The structure and working principle of the scraper conveyor are introduced.The three-dimensional model and finite element analysis model of the chain ring are established.The stress analysis of the chain ring is carried out to study the fatigue life of the chain ring under the stable operation condition and overload operation condition.The research results can help the mine to grasp the fatigue failure position and fatigue life operation life of the scraper conveyor chain link,find out the problems existing in the work of the chain link in advance,and ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines.关键词
