奥阿膨胀计试验中的煤颗粒膨胀特性数值模拟OA
Numerical simulation of coal pencil expansion behavior in Audibert-Arnu dilatometer experiment
通过数值模拟研究了奥亚膨胀计试验中煤笔在炭化过程中的膨胀行为.采用离散元方法(DEM)模拟了煤笔在碳化过程中的膨胀行为,分析了 3种不同煤颗粒组成和操作条件下对煤笔膨胀的影响.结果表明,当相同粒径的煤颗粒下落时,煤笔的高度由粒径决定,当相同粒径的煤颗粒膨胀时,煤笔的高度也由粒径决定.但不同粒径的煤笔高度低于相同粒径的煤笔的高度,这是由于较小煤颗粒进入了较大煤笔颗粒的空隙之间所致.煤笔在碳化过程中膨胀行为的研究对于合理配置煤颗粒组成,提高煤笔制备的成功率具有重要意义.
The expansion behavior of the coal pencil during the carbonization process in the Audibert-Arnu dilatometer experiment was studied by numerical simulation.The discrete element method(DEM)was used to simulate the expansion behavior of the coal pencil during the carbonization process,and the effects of three different coal particle compositions and operating conditions on the expansion of the coal pencil were analyzed.The results show that when coal particles of the same particle size fall,the height of the coal pencil was determined by the particle size,and when coal particles of the same particle size expand,the height of the coal pencil was also determined by the particle size.However,the height of the coal pencils with different particle sizes is lower than that of the coal pencils with the same particle size,which is due to the fact that the smaller coal particles enter the gaps between the larger coal pencil particles.The research on the swelling behavior of coal pen in the carbonization process is of great significance for the reasonable allocation of coal particle composition and the improvement of the success rate of coal pen preparation.
