Abstract
Shale oil reservoirs in Qingcheng Oilfield is developed by using the integrated volume fracturing technology of long horizontal well fracturing,energy enhancement,and permeability absorption(pressure enhanced permeability).In the initial stage,the output is high.However,as scaling occurs in the wellbore and near wellbore areas,the flow channels are blocked,leading to a rapid decline in production.Therefore,the composition analysis of sand scale cement was carried out,and an efficient scale dissolution composite acid system was selected,with a scale dissolution rate of over 90%under experimental conditions of 60℃.In acidizing process,the segmented acidizing pipe string is dragged through the optimal multi-stage sliding sleeve,and up to 10 sections of acidizing construction can be completed in one pipe string,achieving differ-entiated acidizing distribution in horizontal well sections.On site application of 33 wells,the average single well production capacity has been restored to 4.6 t/d,and the acidizing and unblocking effect is good.The composite acid staged acidizing and plugging removal process for horizontal wells in Qingcheng Oilfield can restore the production capacity of scaling and plugging wells,providing a good technical support for the sus-tained and stable production of shale oil horizontal wells.关键词
