Analysis of CBMT cementing quality evaluation
固井质量评价主要是检查套管外水泥环与套管外壁间的第Ⅰ界面、与地层间的第Ⅱ界面的胶结情况,以及检查水泥环微环隙、窜槽等复杂固井胶结情况.以中海油服自研仪器CBMT获取的测井资料为例,对影响固井质量解释的因素进行分析.根据套管波、地层波不同表现形式,定性分析第Ⅰ界面、第Ⅱ界面胶结情况,结合现场固井质量评价实例,对固井质量差的原因进行总结,认为仪器偏心、水泥在套外充填情况、工程措施等会影响固井质量的评价结果.
Quality evaluation of well cementing mainly involves examining the bonding condition of the first interface between the outer cement sheath and the outer wall of the casing,as well as the second interface between the casing and the formation.It also involves examining the complex cementing conditions such as micro annular gaps and channeling in the cement sheath.Taking the logging data obtained by the self-de-veloped instrument CBMT of CNOOC Oilfield Services as an example,the factors that affect the interpreta-tion of cementing quality is analyzed.Based on the different manifestations of casing waves and formation waves,the bonding situation of the first and second interfaces is qualitatively analyzed.Combined with on-site cementing quality evaluation examples,the reasons for poor cementing quality are summarized.It is be-lieved that the instrument eccentricity,cement filling situation outside the casing,engineering measures,etc.affect the cementing quality evaluation.
