Abstract
Based on the new stage of development,the country has set higher and more specific requirements for the construc-tion of the Huaihe river basin water network.This analysis,based on the basin water network planning,examines the current status and challenges of water conservancy development in the Huaihe river basin.It considers the foundational conditions and construction basis of the basin's water network and explores its functional positioning within the national four-tier water net-work system.The paper proposes that the Huaihe river basin's water network be centered around the core elements of"frame-work,objectives,and connections,"relying on the national backbone water network pattern to coordinate the construction of provincial water networks and strengthen the connectivity of the water network.The proposal emphasizes the construction of the Huaihe river basin's water network with three main focuses:"establishing a dense,efficient,and balanced water resource allo-cation network,strengthening a safe and reliable flood prevention and disaster reduction network,and creating a green and healthy river-lake ecological network."The vision for the basin's water network construction is to form a general structure of"one axis,one vein,four corridors,and multiple supporting nodes."关键词
