摘要

Abstract

In order to identify the pathogen causing strawberry leaf spot disease discovered in the medicinal botanical garden of Jilin Agricultural University,Changchun city of Jilin province,the pathogen was isolated by tissue separation method and verified by Koch's rule.Based on morphologi-cal identification characteristics and molecular biology identification results,the species of pathogen causing strawberry leaf spot were determined.The results showed that the morphological and molecu-lar biological identification of the pathogen of strawberry leaf spot disease was Fusarium avenaceum.The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the antifungal effects of 9 fungicides such as Azoxystrobin on F.avenaceum.The results showed that the pathogen had the strongest sensitivity to thiram,followed by iprodione and the lowest sensitivity to azoxystrobin.The selected effective fungi-cides can provide reference for preventing and controlling strawberry leaf spot diseases in the field.
