越橘年生长周期碳水化合物代谢规律
Carbohydrate Metabolism Pattern of Blueberry in Annual Growth Cycle

Abstract
The three-year-old blueberry variety"Northland"at different developmental stages was used as the test material to explore the carbohydrate metabolism of blueberry in the annual growth cycle.The results showed that the soluble sugar content and starch content of the blueberry leaves showed a double"M"bimodal curve pattern,and the soluble sugar content was higher than the starch content,the highest soluble sugar content was 8.795%,and the highest starch content was 4.145%;The sugar content in the leaves showed a"rising-falling-slowly rising-slowly falling"trend.The to-tal content of sorbitol was at most 239.691 mg/mL,and the total content of sucrose was at least 29.582 mg/mL.The changes in the content of fructose,sucrose and glucose in the branches were ba-sically the same,showing an"up-down-up"trend,which is basically the same as that of sucrose syn-thase;the content of sorbitol showed a trend of"up-down-up-down";The total content of glucose in the branches was at most 123.290 mg/mL,and the sucrose content was at least 24.305 mg/mL.Ac-cording to the sugar content of the branches,the two-year-old branches have accumulated the most sugar,with a total sugar content of 102.137 mg/mL(sucrose+fructose+glucose+sorbitol).Accord-ing to the correlation analysis,sucrose synthase-decomposition direction enzyme(SSc)and sucrose phosphate synthase(SPS)are the key enzymes for sugar accumulation in blueberry branches and leaves,and sucrose synthase(SS)mainly plays a role in degrading sucrose in the leaves and branches.关键词
