酿酒葡萄"双红"与"贵人香"杂交后代植株综合性评价
Comprehensive Evaluation of Progeny of Wine Grape"Shuanghong"×"Italian Riesling"
摘要
Abstract
A grape hybrid population derived from a cross of"Shuanghong"(♀)(Vitis amurensis Rupr.)and"Italian Riesling"()(Vitis vinifera)was used as test materials.Based on the investiga-tion of plant traits,determination of fruit quality and identification of cold resistance of the parents and F1 hybrids,a comprehensive AHP evaluation system was established from the three aspects of fruit traits,ear traits and other traits.According to the results of the comprehensive evaluation,all the tested materials were divided into four grades,among which 9 hybrid progeny plants had better per-formance with comprehensive score above 3.5 and were rated as grade Ⅰ.Combined with the investi-gation of plant traits,fruit quality determination and cold resistance identification results,it is be-lieved that 29-20 and 29-14 of the 9 hybrid progeny plants had strong plants,strong cold resistance,rich aroma,more fruit and lower acid content,which had high development value.Therefore,29-20 and 29-14 should be selected as key breeding objects.关键词
