摘要

Abstract

Jasmine has ornamental,medicinal and economic value,and can be made into spices and tea.China is the major producer of jasmine,with a production exceeding 80%of the global total,and Hengzhou in Guangxi province,Qianwei in Sichuan province,Fuzhou in Fujian province,and Yuanji-ang in Yunnan province are the four major producing areas of jasmine in China.By conducting a comparative study on yield and flowering period of these four producing areas,we found that the main reason for the high yield in jasmine producing areas was the length of the flowering period.By analyzing the climatic factors of flowering and non flowering months in four producing areas,the suit-able climatic conditions for jasmine flowering were found,average daily temperature higher than 19.5℃,monthly precipitation more than 278 mm,and daily solar radiation more than 12 MJ/(m2·d).On this basis,GIS technology of grid spatial analysis was adopted to explore potential advantageous jasmine producing areas at the national and global scales.The world's high-yield jasmine producing areas are located in low latitudes,while Chinese high-yield producing areas are in southern China and the Sichuan Basin.
