摘要

Abstract

For the purpose of screening out the key genes of Trichoderma harzianum E15 for resis-tance against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,transcriptome analysis of the biological stress test of four genes of ThADH3,ThADH5,ThADH7 and ThADH12 have relatively close genetic relation-ships.The results of amino acid multiple-sequences alignments and protein motif analysis indicated that each alcohol dehydrogenase monomer has two main domains,a catalytic domain and a coen-zyme binding domain.Through alignments of multiple sequences,we located these two domains,and identified the most conserved motifs in their sequences through MEME's conservative motif analysis.We also used homologous modeling to predict the tertiary structure of T.harzianum alcohol dehydrogenase,with a sequence consistency of 68.19%with the predicted model.With the use of analysis software for protein structure,the predicted results were visually analyzed,and the informa-tion of three-dimensional structures of protein was displayed.
