响应面法优化植物乳杆菌JCM1149的营养条件
Optimization of Nutritional Conditions of Lactobacillus plantarum JCM1149 by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
Lactobacillus plantarum has attracted much attention because of its potential physiologi-cal activities,such as anticancer,anti-inflammatory,anti-cardiovascular disease,anti-diabetes,and so on.With Lactobacillus plantarum JCM1149 as the research object,absorbance value and viable bacterial count as response values,based on the liquid culture medium(MRS)of lactic acid bacteria,the fermentation medium components were optimized through single factor experiments and response surface optimization method.The results indicated that the optimal medium was glucose 30 g/L,beef extract 25 g/L,MgSO4 3.2 g/L,KH2PO4 2 g/L,CH3COONa 5 g/L,(NH4)2HC6H5O7 2 g/L,and Tween 80 1 g/L.After 12 h of anaerobic culture at 37℃,the maximum count of viable bacteria in the fer-mentation broth could reach 2.797×1011 CFU/mL,which was 84 times higher than that in the MRS liquid medium.关键词
