摘要

Abstract

The effects of different fertilization treatments on the physical and chemical properties of soil,and yield and quality of corn were investigated.Field trial method was employed and five treat-ments were set up,including control(ck),chemical fertilizer+bacterial agent+water retaining agent(T1),chemical fertilizer+bacterial agent+water retaining agent+organic fertilizer(T2),chemical fer-tilizer+bacterial agent+water retaining agent+organic fertilizer(T3),and chemical fertilizer+bac-terial agent+water retaining agent+organic fertilizer(T4),to compare the effects of different treat-ments on soil aggregate composition,soil water content,soil organic matter content,available nutri-ent content and crop quality,which will provide theoretical basis and technical measures for drought resistance,disaster reduction and soil improvement for the semi-arid region of northeast China.The results showed that compared with the control,soil water holding capacity,soil water content,field water holding capacity,saturated water content and soil porosity of other treatments increased in vary-ing degrees,soil bulk density decreased,and proportion of large aggregates in soil water stable aggre-gates increased.In the treatment of chemical fertilizer+bacterial agent+water retaining agent+or-ganic fertilizer(T4),soil pH decreased by 0.06,and contents of available phosphorus,available potas-sium,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen and organic matter in the topsoil were increased compared with the control(11.63 mg/kg,55 mg/kg,32.96 mg/kg and 4.16 g/kg);In addition,the results of yield measurement and grain quality analysis in autumn showed that compared with the control,other treat-ments could not only improve yield of crops,but also improve content of protein,fat and starch in grains,especially the treatment of chemical fertilizer+bacterial agent+water retaining agent+or-ganic fertilizer(T4).
