Effects of Collaborative Methods between Trichoderma reesei and Trichoderma harzianum on Formation of Humus-like Substances in Corn Straw

Abstract
This experiment aims to provide data support for the green utilization and sustainable de-velopment of agricultural waste by improving the utilization efficiency of microorganisms on corn straw.The changes in the composition of humic-like substances(HLS)and the the structural charac-teristics of humic-like acids(HLA)(FTIR,TG-DTA,and Fluorescence spectra)in the cultured prod-ucts under Trichoderma reesei(T.reesei)and Trichoderma harzianum(T.harzianum)collaboration were analyzed,and the optimal inoculation method for the mixed microorganism combination was de-termined.In the 30 d culture experiment,the optimal inoculation method(LH7):T.reesei was inocu-lated on day 0,and then T.harzianum was added after 7 d of train.After 30 d of train,the PQ value of LH7 treatment was 63%,the relative content of HLA was 17.3%,I2920/I1720=0.35,I2920/I1620=2.14,and the high/medium heat release ratio was 32.47.LH7 was beneficial to the production of both com-plex structural HLA and simple structural HLA.The collaboration of T.reesei and T.harzianum made the overall structure of HLA change to low oxidation degree and high aromaticity.关键词
