Effects of Different Rice Husk Biochar Additions on Growth of 1-year-old Seedlings of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica,and Nutrients and Bacterial Community Structure of Rhizosphere Soil

Abstract
The objective of this experiment is to explore the effects of rice husk biochar on the growth of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings,nutrition and bacterial community structure of rhi-zosphere soil,which will provide a scientific basis for the cultivation of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings.Under the condition of adding different concentrations of rice husk biochar,including 0(ck),0.5%,1.0%and 3.0%,to seedling substrate respectively,biomass and rhizosphere soil nutri-ents of 1-year-old seedlings of P.sylvestris var.mongolica were determined after three months of culti-vation.Meanwhile,the bacterial community structure of rhizosphere soil under different treatments was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology,and the correlation redundancy analysis be-tween soil nutrients and bacterial community structure was carried out.The results show that adding rice husk biochar to seedling substrate could promote the growth of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seed-lings,and 1.0%of rice husk biochar had the best effect,and compared with the control treatment,the height,aboveground and underground fresh weight,and aboveground and underground dry weight of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings increased by 33.11%,48.02%,73.79%,43.87%and 45.68%.respectively.Soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and avail-able potassium increased by 29.34%,34.90%,57.95%,58.83%and 23.39%,respectively.The high-throughput sequencing results showed that the total number and abundance of bacterial community decreased with the increase of rice husk biochar concentration.According to one-way ANOVA re-sults,the bacteria with significant difference among different treatments mainly included Pseudar-throbacter,Geobacter,Phenylobacterium,Burkholderia and Haliangium.The relative abundances of Pseudarthrobacter and Phenylobacterium were higher in B05 and B10 treatments,while the relative abundances of Geobacter in ck and B30 treatments were higher,and there was a significant correla-tion between relative abundance of the main bacteria and changes of soil physical and chemical in-dexes.The results of correlation analysis between soil nutrition and rhizosphere bacterial community structure showed that total nitrogen,available nitrogen,available phosphors,total potassium,avail-able potassium,organic matter and pH value were positively correlated with the changes of bacterial community structure in 1.0%rice husk biochar treatment group.Adding rice husk biochar to seed-ling substrate can change bacterial community structure and soil nutrition,and promote the growth of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings.关键词
