Discussion on the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder based on the theory of"earth stagnation,wood depression"
摘要
Abstract
Post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)is a mental stress disorder caused by strong external stimuli or injuries,which belongs to the category of"emotional disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.In the process of its occurrence and development,there is a prevalent disorder of liver and spleen qi,caused by phlegm-fluid retention and water-damp stagnation,used to be treated by dispersing stagnated liver and gallbladder qi.In order to further improve the therapeutic effect of stress disorder and expand its treatment ideas,the article explores it from the perspective of the theory of"earth stagnation,wood depression",believing that the disorder of liver and spleen caused by the congestion and stagnation of spleen and stomach is also an important pathogenesis of PTSD.This paper puts forward the treatment methods of regulating the spleen and stomach,such as dredging fu-organs and purging congestion,eliminating phlegm-fluid retention and removing dampness,benefiting qi and nourishing yin,so as to work out new insights and ideas for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorder.关键词
