基于态靶辨治理论探讨多囊卵巢综合征诊疗策略
Strategies for diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome based on the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment

Abstract
State-target differentiation and treatment is an innovative theory proposed by Academician Tong Xiaolin based on clinical practice.The author applies this theory to the diagnosis and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),believing that"congestion state"is mostly recognized in patients with obese body shape,while"stagnation state"and"deficiency state"are recognized in patients with thin body shape.And there manifest various syndromes in each state.In addition to administering treatment based on syndrome differentiation,the author pins down symptoms,serum abnormal hormones and other indicators as targets,prescribing target formulas and target drugs for their treatment,attaining good clinical efficacy.This article outlines the strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS based on the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment,providing reference for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.关键词
