国医大师徐景藩从肺论治脾胃相关疾病经验
TCM master Xu Jingfan's experience in the treatment of spleen-and stomach-related diseases from the perspective of lung
摘要
Abstract
Spleen-and stomach-related diseases,common in clinic,are characterized by covering a wide scope,presenting diverse manifestations and catalyzing extensive theories for their treatment.Xu Jingfan,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,has rich experience and unique insights in treating diseases related to the spleen and stomach.Devoted to the study of medical classics and clinical practice,he maintains that there exists a close relationship between the spleen and stomach,large intestines,the liver and the lungs in physiology,and they influence each other in pathology.Upholding the TCM holistic concept,he believes that due attention should be given to the treatment of the lungs while treating diseases related to the spleen and stomach.Based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,he often uses methods such as diffusing lung qi,regulating the lung and eliminating phlegm,and clearing and reinforcing the lung in clinic,with various drugs used in combination to achieve significant clinical efficacy.It is held that his new approach provides new ideas for the treatment of spleen-and stomach-related diseases.关键词
