Experience of using pangolin scales,diverse wormwood herb and paniculate swallowwort root in the treatment of immunotoxicity
摘要
Abstract
Autoimmune diseases are often accompanied by elevated levels of related antibodies or inflammation.Based on years of clinical experience,Academician Tong Xiaolin believes that this type of diseases can cause the body to develop into a state of inflammation toxicity,heat toxicity,and/or blood toxicity,etc.Therefore,these states are collectively referred to as immunotoxicity,which is clinically manifested as recurrent disease attacks accompanied by elevated levels of immune-related antibodies.Academician Tong classifies it as the category of"syndrome of wind-damp in viscera"for its syndrome differentiation and treatment and holds that its core pathogenesis is"internal accumulation of wind-damp and the interweaving of blood stasis and toxin",with its treatment principle mainly focusing on dispelling wind and dampness,and regulating the immune system.Combined with the theory of state-target differentiation and treatment,pangolin scales,diverse wormwood herb and paniculate swallowwort root are meticulously prescribed in a basic formula to dispel wind and dampness,detoxify and unblock collaterals,aiming to improve the internal environment of immune disorders.When used in decoctions,the commonly used clinical dosages are 15-90 g,9-15 g,and 9-15 g,respectively.They are also used together with corresponding state-regulating formulas and target drugs,and significant clinical effects have been achieved.关键词
