灶心黄土、干姜、诃子治疗虚寒泻痢
Furnace soil,dried ginger and medicine terminalia fruit in the treatment of deficiency-cold diarrhea and dysentery
摘要
Abstract
In cases of chronic diarrhea and dysentery due to deficiency-cold in middle burner,a common chronic disorder of the spleen and stomach,symptoms include frequent bowel movements,loose stools,tenesmus,and prolonged and difficult recovery.Academician Tong Xiaolin believes that the root cause of this disease is damage to the yang qi of the middle burner,which over time depletes kidney yang,eventually leading to dual deficiency of the spleen and kidney.Deficiency and coldness in the middle burner constitute the key pathogenesis of chronic diarrhea and dysentery.The recurrent episodes of diarrhea and dysentery are closely related to latent pathogenic factors residing in the mucosa,leading to protracted and refractory conditions,ultimately contributing to the development of visceral rheumatism.Its treatment is held to focus on warming the spleen and stomach,astringing the intestines and arresting diarrhea,fortifying the spleen and drying dampness.A commonly used formula includes three ingredients:Furnace soil for warming and drying to arrest diarrhea,dried ginger for warming the spleen and stomach and dissipating cold,and medicine terminalia fruit for astringing the intestines and arresting diarrhea,with their typical dosages of 30-120 g,9-30 g,and 6-15 g,respectively.关键词
