穴位埋线法治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经选穴思路及实践
Ideas and practice of selecting acupoints for the treatment of dysmenorrhea with the syndrome of cold-congelation and blood stasis ultilizing the acupoint catgut embedding method
摘要
Abstract
Primary dysmenorrhea,one of the common gynecological diseases,accounts for more than 90%of clinical cases,especially more prevalent in young women.Oral drugs are mostly used for the treatment of the disease in western medicine,but their long-term use is prone to generating drug resistance,yet with a poor curative effect and a variety of adverse reactions.Compared with western medicine therapy,traditional Chinese medicine non-drug therapy has significant advantages.This research team has rich clinical experience and has developed a unique treatment method in long-term theoretical research and clinical practice in this regard.It is held that dysmenorrhea due to cold congelation and blood stasis is a common syndrome in gynecological diseases,and acupoint catgut embedding is one of the effective methods for its treatment.This paper presents its own unique insights into the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,and comes up with an innovative treatment scheme with acupoint catgut embedding.关键词
